DHA Lahore Phase-Wise Overview

DHA Lahore Phase 1

DHA Phase 1 is among the earliest developments of DHA Lahore and enjoys a prime location with direct access to Defence Chowk, Ghazi Road, and nearby areas. The phase is fully developed and populated, offering all essential facilities. It is divided into multiple sectors including Sector A, Sector B, Sector C, and others.


DHA Lahore Phase 2

Phase 2 consists of six well-developed sectors and is located adjacent to Phase 1 along Ghazi Road, connecting further to Bedian Road and Lahore Ring Road. The Main Boulevard of DHA is nearby, while LUMS University lies close to the rear side. DHA Phase 2 is fully developed, populated, and includes sectors such as P, Q, and R.


DHA Lahore Phase 3

DHA Phase 3 is strategically positioned between Khayaban-e-Jinnah and Ferozepur Road. Walton Cantonment lies to the north, while Ghazi Road borders the southern side. This phase covers a larger area compared to Phases 1 and 2 and includes sectors W, X, XX, Y, and Z. DHA Phase 4 lies adjacent via Ghazi Road.


DHA Lahore Phase 4

Located near the intersection of Ghazi Road, Lahore Ring Road, and Ferozepur Road, DHA Phase 4 offers excellent accessibility. Nearby developments include Punjab Cooperative Housing Society and North Sui Gas Housing Scheme. Phase 4 comprises multiple sectors including AA through JJ, each planned with complete residential facilities.


DHA Lahore Phase 5

Situated behind LUMS University and adjacent to Phases 3 and 4, DHA Phase 5 was the first DHA project to introduce underground electricity and wide 50-foot roads. Due to its prime location and Ring Road connectivity, Phase 5 remains one of the most preferred areas for construction. The phase spans approximately 12,354 kanals.


DHA Lahore Phase 6

DHA Phase 6 is considered one of the most premium and well-planned phases of DHA Lahore, featuring a golf course and major commercial developments. With DHA Headquarters and Dolmen Mall nearby, this phase continues to gain popularity. Blocks A, D, L, and Extension E are popular for 10-Marla plots, with over 70% already inhabited.


DHA Lahore Phase 7

Phase 7 has faced development challenges in the past; however, its prime location near Ferozepur Road makes it attractive to end users. It is approximately a 20-minute drive from central Lahore. Compared to other phases, prices remain relatively affordable, making it appealing for investors seeking value opportunities.


DHA Lahore Phase 8

DHA Phase 8 serves as one of the main entrances to DHA Lahore from Allama Iqbal International Airport. It also offers access via Barki Road, Bhatta Chowk, Ring Road, and Phase 6. A major highlight of this phase is a 135-kanal central park, significantly enhancing its lifestyle appeal.


DHA Phase 8 Ex-Park View

Previously known as Park View, this area is located opposite Allama Iqbal International Airport and lies between Barki Road and Lahore Ring Road. Askari 10 and Eden City are nearby landmarks. DHA Villas are located in this sector, making it a popular residential choice.


DHA Phase 8 Air Avenue

Air Avenue was initially developed independently and later merged into DHA Phase 8. It includes Blocks L to R. Ten-Marla plots are available in M, N, P, Q, and R Blocks, with approximately 70% of plots already populated, making it suitable for end users.


DHA Phase 8 Ivy Green (Z-Block)

Ivy Green Z-Block is divided into Z1 through Z6 and is located near Barki Road. Most of the development work is complete, with possession expected soon. The area is planned as a premium residential zone with scenic canal views, offering strong lifestyle and investment value.


DHA Lahore Phase 9 Town (Shuhada Town)

DHA Phase 9 Town is ideally positioned between DHA Phase 6 and Phase 9 Prism. It consists of Blocks A to E and connects directly to Bedian Road. Nawaz Sharif Interchange is just a 5-minute drive away, making it a highly desirable residential option.


DHA Lahore Phase 9 Prism

Phase 9 Prism is one of the largest DHA developments, spanning over 44,000 kanals with nine main entrances. It includes multiple sectors from A to Q, with some sectors already in possession. Located between Ferozepur Road and Bedian Road, it is only a 10-minute drive from Lahore Airport, offering excellent accessibility and long-term growth prospects.


DHA Lahore Phase 11 (Rahbar Sector)
